more The biggest complaint among reviewers was regarding the appearance and state of the hotel. Many guests felt the hotel was old and rundown. One reviewer described the decor as "dated and mismatched" while another described the furnishings as "shabby".
Several reviewers felt the beds were not comfortable. One guest said the pillows were old and flat and felt newer pillows would have made their rest more enjoyable.
