The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, breakfast, staff and location.

The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, modern and well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows and beautiful river views.

Many guests were impressed with the hotel's breakfast, finding it to be tasty and delicious, with several hot and cold items and friendly staff. One patron remarked, "As far as breakfast was wasn't the usual continental [style] that comes with most hotels. Fresh bacon, farmers sausage, baby potatoes, fruit, yogurt....and an egg station where we could have a fresh omelette....or eggs Benedict!".

The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by lodgers, who characterized them as friendly, attentive, helpful and accommodating. One guest noted, "Everyone at the hotel was very friendly without being OTT - check-in, breakfast, room service - can't fault their civility and seemingly genuine concern over my well-being".

Several travellers enjoyed the hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants, pubs, downtown Saskatoon, running trails and an outdoor skating rink.
The Bad
