Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Saskatoon

The rooms were often described as spacious, well equipped, and quiet, with comfortable beds.

Some guests enjoyed the central location which they found handy to downtown businesses, the train station, the Meewasin trails, downtown shopping and restaurants. Others used it as a base for accessing various tournament locations around the city.

Guests also appreciated: all day coffee along with ice water, cookies and fruit in the reception area, and ample space to walk dogs near the hotel.

Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel is in an area of town that is a little run down or sketchy and some advised not to walk after dark in the area. It seems that the hotel is monitoring the security of the hotel and parking lot as has been stated by the management's responses and also the following guest reviewer, " It is not in the best area of Saskatoon, but I noticed security patrolling the parking lot and hotel at night, so security does not appear to be an issue."

Some reported noise disturbance from: loud music until 10 pm from the pool in the pool-facing rooms, guests in rooms above and below, the hallways, the stairway, doors opening and closing, an AC unit, the street and the train tracks.

Although the Wi-Fi received high scores from guests in online surveys, occasionally guests reported slow Wi-Fi and difficulties connecting during their stay.
