Guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel finding it clean and well equipped with accommodating staff.
Guests liked their modern rooms. They described them as clean and spacious and well appointed with extras like bottled water, a mini-fridge and microwave. Guests also found comfortable beds with high quality linens and nice toiletries in large and bright bathrooms.
Staff were pleasing. Guests said they were accommodating, quick to help and provided excellent service.
Guests liked this location. It was handy to big-box shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Circle Drive was nearby offering easy access to the city.
The restaurant on site was a bonus. Guests often found the food and service excellent.
The waterslide and pool were great for kids and the young at heart to let off some steam. Guests also said the water was a warm temperature and shallow enough for younger children.
The Bad
There was some negative feedback online.
Some mentioned noise disturbance. Guests cited the elevator, kids running in the halls, guests in neigbouring rooms, footsteps from rooms above, and AC units.
Recent room complaints were: cable TV annoying--no channel listings, only numbers, TV was too small, there should be a mirror in the room to free up the bathroom, missed having a bathtub, sink drained slowly, poor water pressure in shower and shower door didn't seal.
A few guests felt that continental breakfast should have been included.
Guests seemed mixed over the value of the rooms with some thinking it was good value and others finding the rates rather expensive.
