Several reviewers found the hotel conveniently located for accessing the airport and the highway.

Many reviewers thought that the room rates were expensive and that the hotel did not offer good value for the money they spent. 

The rooms were often described as dated and in need of upgrades. Many guests noted that the rooms needed new paint, carpeting, furnishings and bathroom fixtures. While several guests described their rooms as clean, as mentioned above, a couple of reviewers said that their rooms did not meet their cleanliness expectations. However, as noted above, the hotel is undergoing renovations in 2014, which include updates to the guest rooms. The renovations may address some of the concerns expressed by guests.

Although several guests praised staff members, a few guests found the front desk agents unhelpful and unresponsive to their concerns and complaints.

As mentioned above, a couple of guests said that there was poor selection and food at the free breakfast, although many reviewers spoke favourably about it.
