This hotel provided a pleasant and good value stay for its guests.
more Guests liked the clean and updated rooms. They had comfy beds and lots of space. They were well equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges.
The free breakfast added value. Guests typically felt it was very good, with great variety and more than adequate to satisfy one's appetite.
The location was convenient to downtown businesses, government buildings and attractions. Guests found it conveniently located to Casino Regina (across the street), next door to a Tim Hortons, close to shopping at Cornwall Centre and well located for accessing football and hockey games.
The staff were appreciated. They were friendly, informative, professional and accommodating according to reviewers.
The Bad
There were some common concerns noted by guests.
Street noise from traffic was mentioned by many guests, some of whom found it more bothersome than others.
Extra parking charges was irritating to several reviewers. Inadequate communication over the parking charges by either the hotel website or the front desk seemed to heighten negative responses in guests.
