This hotel is located across from Victoria Park and near to restaurants and shopping in Regina's downtown, a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

The Good
This hotel was well liked by many guests for offering a prime location, old-world grandeur and fine dining.
Many guests conveyed enjoyment of their rooms. They frequently spoke of the cleanliness, classic English decor and sumptuous beds at the hotel. Guests also found the views beautiful from the higher floors, especially over Victoria Park.
The location was considered ideal by guests who liked being within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, the Cornwall Centre shopping mall and the Mosaic Stadium. One guest reviewer also spoke fondly of visiting a farmer's market across the street.
Reviewers also praised the food services on site. Many were well pleased with the brunch, or breakfast buffet at the hotel, and guests spoke of the many delicious items that were served. Room service was appreciated for being affordable, with excellent service. And guests who came for business purposes, liked having breakfast meetings at the hotel.

The Bad
There were some criticisms that surfaced recently, but most had to do with the inconvenience of renovations currently being done to the hotel.
