The Atlasdeg Hotel

Many guests really enjoyed this hotel.

They loved the waterpark, and although it got noisy at times and crowded with children, guests mentioned that the staff at the waterpark were attentive and interacted in a fun and friendly way with them, making the experience even better. Many guests had a blast and fond memories were obtained!

Guests really liked the free breakfast noting healthy foods and lots of choice, including lots of fresh fruit and good tasting coffee.

Guests enjoyed the rooms. They described them as being very clean and having huge TVs and comfy beds.

The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance.

Guests liked the staff. They were described as welcoming and excellent and providing great, friendly service.

Others appreciated having a beer and wine store on site, and those who wrote of the food at the restaurant and lounge were very complimentary calling the food and service exceptional.

There were a few complaints found online in recent reviews.

Some guests complained of the waterpark being excessively crowded with long line ups for the waterslides and the pools and hot tub filled so that people had trouble moving. This seemed to happen at holiday periods, but the management is looking into providing a better experience to hotel guests in this regard; currently non-guests can book times at the waterpark for children's parties.

Some complained of poolside rooms being very noisy. At night if guests on their poolside baconies made noise, it was amplified by the empty pool area, but the staff was quick to react and provide quiet.

Occasionally, when the waterpark was very busy, the parking lot became full and guests had difficulty finding a spot.
