SureStay Hotel by Best Western Seven Oaks

Guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel whether for business or for family times.

Guests felt welcomed by the staff who supplied friendly and attentive service.

The rooms were well cared for and had comfortable beds. Guests recommended staying in a room farther away from the pool for a quieter stay, although noise from the pool typically stops by 10 pm.

Although described as dated by one recent guest, the warm pool and waterslide were well liked by families with children. Guests mentioned being able to order pizza from the restaurant to eat at one of many tables poolside.

Guests liked dining on site for breakfast and other meals. They found good food, reasonable prices and good service. One recent guest said, "They also have a restaurant downstairs which has excellent food."

Guests were pleased to have free ample parking, extended parking at a reasonable cost, along with a free and convenient airport shuttle service. Guests very much appreciated that when the shuttle van was occupied, guests were instructed to take a cab and the hotel would pay, thus avoiding long waits for the shuttle at the airport.

Guests liked the location on Albert Street (Hwy 6) which provided quick access to shops, restaurants, the Mosaic Stadium and even the highway out of town.

Although guests were typically well pleased with their stay there was some negative feedback online.

Although some guests found large rooms, some reviewers described their rooms or bathrooms as small and some said the hotel although renovated, was still aged in some places.

A few guests were disturbed by noise from the halls or from the pool in rooms adjacent.

Occasionally guests were disturbed by pan handlers outside of the hotel.
