The Good
Guests found this newer and modern hotel to be very comfortable and well managed with friendly staff.
more The rooms were nice and clean, with attentive cleaning staff. Guests also found them quiet and very spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower with plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was satisfying and guests liked it for its variety and quality. One guest described it has having "hot pork sausage, turkey patties, bacon, cheese omelettes, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels, sweet buns, juice, the best coffee, and tea". The breakfast area was described as upscale.
Guests liked the location. It was convenient to good restaurants such as The Keg, Tim Hortons as well as numerous others, close to Sobey's, the Trans-Canada Highway and Ring Road.
Guests liked the attentive staff. They were described as nice people, accommodating and friendly.
Other positive comments were: parking lot was perfect, pool and hot tub looked nice, and room rate was reasonable.
The Bad
There was not much negative feedback found in recent reviews.
A few guests found the parking spaces a little small for larger vehicles.
The front lobby did not have automatic doors making it a little more difficult to enter with luggage in tow.
One guest said the exercise room was a little small with only a few pieces of equipment and one of them needed a little maintenance.
