The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay and left good scores.

Rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfy beds.

Guests liked the location. It was handy to sport events, festivals, business offices and had very good restaurants in walking distance.

Staff were excellent and responsive to guests.

The main draw seemed to be value for price. One guest said that this hotel was better priced than others downtown likely because it was in an older building, but it was completely new on the inside and offered a quieter stay than its competitors.

The free breakfast was also well received by guests and was evaluated as delicious by some and typical HI fare by others. Many appreciated the convenience and cost savings of a free breakfast on site.

Many said they would stay again.

The Bad
There was not much of a negative nature found in the reviews.

Recent room complaints were: curtains didn't fully block out light (some advised pinning them to help) and Internet had to be re-activated every day.

Parking was limited on site, but guests were provided a surface lot across the street and free street parking worked for those parking after 6 pm and leaving prior to 8 am.

Other comments found were: limited fitness facilities, elevator was small and older and area seemed a little sketchy for walking at night.
