The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay at this good value roadside motel. It had good rates, good amenities and good Wi-Fi.

The location was a plus for guests who were not particular to being in town. It was just off the Trans-Canada Highway with easy on-off access and a quick drive down the highway into town.

The rooms were well liked by guests. Guests found them renovated, clean and safe with quality door locks and well equipped with mini-fridges and microwaves and full kitchens in some. The large flat screen TVs had good cable channels, there was good shower pressure and comfy beds. In addition to this, some rooms had 3 queen beds which provided a good night's rest for families.

Guests found the breakfast adequate and adding value to the stay. It offered hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast and fruit.

Guests also found that the Wi-Fi worked well, with many giving good Wi-Fi  scores in the reviews.

Guests liked the staff. They were described as courteous, polite, friendly and accommodating. Guests often reported generous treatment by the staff. One guest wrote recently, "I was so tired that I just missed the breakfast hour but staff loaded me up with fruit, coffee and muffins."

The Bad
Some negative feedback was found online.

The motel has an older section and some guests found the facilities (shower, TV) not as impressive, although clean with a comfortable bed. These rooms seemed to be priced high for the quality, according to some.

The hotel is off the highway on a side street and many said it was quiet, but a few said there was noise from the highway.

Occasionally guests said they smelled smoke in their non-smoking room or found their room small.

Some guests felt the breakfast should begin at 6 am instead of 7 am.

A few did not know the hotel was out of town when they booked it and said there were no restaurants in walking distance.

Some guests mentioned having difficulty locating the hotel with their GPS, but one guest trying to help out said that the hotel is located on the Trans-Canada Hwy, off Petrolia street on the eastern outskirts of Moose Jaw.
