The Good
Many guests enjoyed their stays at this hotel.
Although the hotel is tired and in need of renovation, guests found the rooms to provide a comfortable rest in a clean environment. Wi-Fi worked very well and the higher floors provided nice views of the city.
The restaurant served good food and the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and accommodating.
Room prices were reflective of the product and guests appreciated the lower price point.
Guests typically liked the location, close to restaurants, shopping and highway access.
The Bad
The hotel's main weakness was its older, tired look, which guests typically overlooked due to the cleanliness of the property and the lower room prices. It's also anticipated that renovations are planned.
