Located right on Highway 132 overlooking the St. Lawrence River, about an 18-minute drive from Rimouski's city centre, the Hotel Rimouski is suitable for business or vacation travellers who require a hotel with professional restaurant services, free and fast Wi-Fi, an indoor pool with waterslide and easy highway access.

Many guests liked the hotel's location. They were pleased that the hotel was in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping and they enjoyed strolls along the sea wall.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by guests, who characterized them as helpful, friendly, responsive and attentive. One patron remarked, "I travel all over the world and stay in all ratings of hotels.. honestly never had staff this attentive, aware, gracious, well-trained, perfectly dressed and presentable".
