Overview
This property is a maple sugar farm and Québec Heritage site. Located on a 120-acre forest of maple trees and offering log cabins for accommodations, this hotel and attraction is well suited for guests looking for a unique vacation experience.

This property offers accommodations in four traditional log cabins and all cabins include a fireplace and a full bathroom (Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available). Wheelchair-accessible cabins are not available.

Free parking is available on site and dogs are permitted in the cabins at no additional fee.

There is an on-site restaurant and bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner service is a set or fixed menu.

Other on-site amenities include organized activities on the heritage site and in the sugar shack, horse-drawn sleigh and wagon rides, maple-taffy-on-snow tastings, a general store and gift shop, event space and catering service. 

Highway 325 is a 3-minute drive away, while the Mont Rigaud Ski Centre is 5 minutes away by car. The town centre of Rigaud, including shopping, dining and access to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 40), is about a 10-minute drive away. 

The Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is about a 45-minute drive away, while downtown Montreal is about 50 to 60 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. However, among those few reviews, most guests agreed that this property provided a one-of-a-kind vacation. One couple said, "our kids are still talking about staying overnight in the cabin at the sugar shack. It was such a unique experience that we will remember for years to come."

Many reviewers praised the food at the on-site restaurant and one guest described the menu as a "variety of dishes you could be sure the pioneers cooked in bygone days. Interesting and very tasty".

The staff were complimented for their friendly and welcoming service, by several guests, while a few reviewers enjoyed the staff-lead tours of the property and the on-site maple sugar activities and tastings.

A few guests described their cabins as comfortable and cozy, while a couple of reviewers especially appreciated the in-cabin fireplaces.
