Le Grand Théâtre de Québec, a performing arts venue, is a 7-minute walk away and the restaurants and shops of Old Quebec are a 12-minute walk away.

The location was convenient for accessing attractions, including Old Québec, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues.

The Bad
There was some negative feedback found online.
Recent room complaints: no mini-fridge, no microwave, room was not renovated, very dated carpets, inefficient AC, basic cable channels, no extra blankets, view of roof tops, and not enough drawers for storage.
Noise was mentioned from: AC units, guests in the halls, hockey players partying, guests in neighbouring rooms and street noise.
Other comments found: elevators were slow, no bowl of fruit or coffee in lobby, breakfast didn't start until 7 am, random pool hours, parking is tight with a low ceiling, have to change elevators from the parking, and poor decor in hall and reception.
