The Bad

Some guests were disappointed the hotel did not have an elevator. These guests described carrying their luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and recommended that those with mobility issues book a room on the first floor. It should be noted however, that the staff will help carry luggage when asked.
A few reviewers found sharing a bathroom with other guests to be inconvenient. They reported having to wait to take a shower, especially in the morning hours, which they found to be inconvenient. These guests recommended booking a room with a private bathroom.
The hotel offers 3 spots in their parking garage at $15 per night. A couple of guests mentioned they were not informed there was parking on site, and had to find street parking.
