Many guests praised the hotel's location. They found it to be close to nightlife, restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, public transit, Place D'Arts and old Montreal. It was mentioned that many things were within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel's rooms were a source of many compliments by reviewers. They were described as well-equipped, comfortable, functional and spacious, with beautiful views of Montreal and the St. Lawrence River. It should be noted however, that a couple of guests found their beds to uncomfortable, and a few others felt the decor needed refreshing.
