Located a 4-minute walk from Place-des-Arts Metro station at the edge of Montreal's entertainment district (le Quartier des Spectacles), the Suites De Luxe Montreal is popular with business and leisure travellers who require apartment-style accommodations with extended-stay amenities such as a kitchen and a washer and dryer.

This hotel has 40 air-conditioned suites, each offering one or two separate bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a seating area.

Nearby dining options include Cafe Imagination and Aqua Sushi, which are both within a minute's walk of the hotel, and shopping can be found at Les Galeries du Parc, which is a 6-minute walk northwest.

The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location and rooms.

Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location. It was found to be within walking distance to Old Montreal, Saint Catherine Street, the Metro, a supermarket, restaurants, shopping, and the downtown area.

The hotel's rooms were a source of many compliments by reviewers. They were described as spacious, well equipped and clean, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. It should be noted however, that because this property is an apartment-style accommodation, housecleaning is not offered. It was also mentioned that there were not enough toiletries provided in the bathrooms, and it was suggested by a couple of reviewers that guests bring their own.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints about the check-in process and parking.

Some lodgers complained of the check-in process and reported difficulty when checking in after office hours (after 6pm). These guests said they had to go to a separate location to pick up the keys to their unit. This was described as quite an inconvenience by the reviewers.

A few guests were disappointed with the parking at this hotel. They reported it as a lot next door, which doesn't offer in and out privileges, and also described it as being expensive ($25 per night).
