Several guests said that their rooms were cleaned regularly by housekeeping staff and that the beds were comfortable. One reviewer appreciated that there were only eight rooms on her floor, which kept noise from the hallway and elevator to a minimum. 

The hotel's location downtown on Peel Street was praised for being convenient and accessible, particularly to Montreal's universities and the business and shopping districts. 

Many guests also enjoyed the hotel's amenites such as the generous free hot and cold breakfast, the rooftop patio with views of the city, as well as the extra touch of home baked cookies at the front desk.
