It's a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and guests can reach the nearest Metro stations in a 7- to 10-minute walk.

Getting around: The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Guy-Concordia metro station, and about a 7-minute walk from the Lucien L'Allier metro station. The train station is a 17-minute walk. There is also a stop for the 747 airport shuttle bus ($10) a 5-minute walk away. Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is at least 15 minutes by car, and 40 minutes by Metro, from the hotel. (All travel times: Google Maps).

Everyone liked the location. They found it handy to St Catherine street's restaurants and bars, the train station, the airport express shuttle, public transit, the Bell Centre and Old Montreal.
The rooms were comfortable, spacious and well furnished, and guests were usually pleased with the comfort of their beds. Some appreciated kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and views of the city from their rooms.
The staff were well liked by guests and considered professional and very friendly.
Guests were usually very pleased with the value of this hotel and many planned to return.

Recent room complaints found were: room was a little dark, furniture was dated, bathroom drains were clogged/slow to drain, constant air flow from heating that could not be turned off, bathroom is dated, carpet was stained and smelled of mildew, window did not open, bathroom too small

Noise was sometimes mentioned from: AC units, heaters, renovations within the hotel and traffic and construction outside the hotel.
