The Bad
A few negative comments surfaced in the reviews.

Recent room complaints were: bathroom was unexpectedly small, took a while for hot water to come to shower, difficulty keeping room at a comfortable temperature, splatters on baseboards and door of bathroom, TV is disproportionately small for the room, bath towels were thin and fraying, in-room safe is on the ground and difficult to access, and no in-room coffeemaker.

Noise disturbance was sometimes mentioned from heater and AC units, guests/maids in the halls, rooms near the elevator or those that faced the traffic and outdoor construction.

Other comments found: room service and restaurant service was slow, deer antler light fixtures need dusting, and hallways were narrow and cramped.
