The Bad
As mentioned above, most guests described positive overall experiences at this property, among the reviews sourced for this analysis. However there were a few aspects of this hotel that concerned some guests.

A few guests complained that their mattresses were uncomfortably firm and a couple of reviewers said that their rooms were cold. One reviewer mentioned that her room was cold upon arrival. Another guest, who stayed at this hotel in November, suspected that the heat had not yet been turned on at the property.

A few reviewers complained that the on-site parking facility had minimal parking spots and that having to access parking spaces at the Montreal Congress Centre could pose a challenge (one reviewer said it was "confusing").

As mentioned above, the free breakfast received mixed reviews. While many guests thought that the free breakfast was a value-added feature, a few reviewers thought that the selection could have been improved by adding hot items (such as bacon and eggs). A couple of guests thought that the breakfast room was crowded.
