There were a few complaints with regard to the rooms. Complaints included kitchenettes or bathrooms that needed better cleaning, difficulties closing and opening the guest room doors and rooms got stuffy due to windows that did not open. Occasionally guests also complained of small bathrooms and somewhat dated rooms
With regard to hotel amenities guests were displeased with slow Wi-Fi, a small exercise room with broken equipment, the cost of parking and the difficulty of parking larger vehicles underground.
Occasionally guests had run-ins with the staff who they described as rude.
