This hotel is located in the Latin Quarter of downtown Montreal and is within a 10-minute walk of several attractions, three subway stations and the University of Quebec at Montreal. Offering no on-site recreational facilities and few on-site amenities, this hotel is well suited for travellers on a budget.

Some rooms also include a mini-fridge, a sofabed and/or a jetted tub, while hair dryers are available on request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel (wired Internet is not available).
Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. Pets are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $15 per night.
This hotel does not have an on-site restaurant. However, a free continental breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10 am.
