This hotel has 5 air-conditioned rooms, each offering a king or queen bed, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, an iPod docking station, an iron and ironing board, a desk, a hair dryer, slippers, a minibar, a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a coffeemaker. One or two-bedroom suites are also available, and offer additional amenities such as a separate seating area, a dining area, a fireplace, a jetted tub, and a full kitchen.

The hotel's location was praised by many reviewers. They found it to be close to malls, restaurants, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, downtown, Old Montreal, and the Metro.
Several lodgers described their rooms as clean, quiet, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. It should be mentioned however, that some guests felt the decor was tacky, and that there was too much furniture, causing mobility issues.
