Guests were quite pleased with this hotel.
Rooms were clean, spacious and had comfy beds.
The location was very convenient to the airport and VIA Rail station.
The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The breakfast was satisfying. Guests enjoyed the selection and some commented on being pleased to find almond milk, a vegan option available.
Guests found the shuttle driver helpful and efficient and the service reliable.
The Bad
There wasn't much negativity in recent reviews.
Recent room complaints: bathroom small with poor lighting, bed too soft, sofabed uncomfortable and room was dated.
It was mentioned that the overflow parking lot for extended parking was not paved and somewhat rutted and muddy, but it was a fenced and secure area.
Some guests complained of hearing noise from the nearby train tracks and in-room AC units.
Some guests had difficulty accessing the hotel. Some blamed a lack of signage and the ongoing construction in the area.
Several found the service at the understaffed restaurant very slow and the food was hit and miss.
