The Bad
Some guests pointed out the hotel’s weaker side.

Recent room complaints were: no furniture on the balcony for sitting, no in-room safe, no in-room mini-fridge (without paying an extra $20 per stay), bathtub not deep enough for soaking, poor views from some rooms and a loud heater fan.

Guests offered mixed opinions of the dining and room service on site. Although some guests were pleased, others were not impressed and thought it was overpriced.

Occasionally a guest said the underground parking lot was tight and limited, but this appeared rarely in the reviews.
