This hotel is situated in the pedestrian tourist village of Mont Tremblant and is a 4-minute walk from the Gondola Lift Station, making it an ideal choice for leisure travellers who want a centrally located hotel and easy access to the ski lifts.

This hotel is 100% non-smoking. Each individually climate-controlled room come with a full kitchen, a hair dryer, bathrobes, cable TV, in-room movies, an alarm clock, an in-room safe, an iron and ironing board and a sofabed. Some rooms feature fireplaces. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms for a fee of $13 per day and can be accessed via the TV, which comes with a wireless keyboard. 

Valet parking is available and ranges from $13-$18 per night. Pets are not permitted to stay at this hotel. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

Other hotel amenities include guest laundry, dry cleaning service, childcare services, an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna and a fitness centre.

Dining is available on site at Yamada Restaurant, which serves dinner from  6 pm to 11 pm. It is casual dress and features Asian-style cuisine. The on-site Lounge is open from 7 am to 11 pm daily and serves regional cuisine. It is also casual. Numerous off-site restaurants are located in the pedestrian village, only a 1- or 2-minute walk away.

The tourist park Domaine Saint-Bernard is 14 minutes west by car. Golf is available at Le Geant and Le Diable, both within walking distance, about 15 minutes away on foot or a 3-minute drive. Mont Tremblant Casino is a 6-minute drive from the hotel, or you can take the free shuttle from the village. (All driving and walking estimates: Google Maps)

The Good
Of the feedback sourced for this analysis, the compliments outnumbered the criticisms. Guests were generally happy with their stay and would return to this hotel. Common sources of praise among reviews were the rooms, the location, the staff and the beds.

The biggest source of praise from many reviewers was the rooms. Guests were generally impressed with the layout of the rooms and thought they were well appointed. According to these guests, the rooms were clean and had great hillside views. However, there were opposing opinions about room cleanliness and comfort (see below for more details). 

The location was another big draw for many guests. They felt it was central and liked the hotel's proximity to restaurants and shopping.

According to many reviewers, the staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Some guests also felt the service was efficient.

The beds were comfortable, some guests said.
The Bad
As mentioned above, the positive comments outweighed the negative comments. However, there were some common complaints from reviewers about the bathrooms, the price and the room cleanliness. 

While the majority of guests spoke favourably of the rooms, several guests felt upgrades and renovations were in order, in particular the bathrooms and the televisions. Guests claimed the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and television sets were old. They described the bathrooms as tired and the furnishings as dated. 

Additionally, although the majority of guests described their rooms as clean, some guests felt the housekeeping service was substandard. They claimed that sheets were unchanged upon their arrival and their rooms had an unpleasant odour.

According to some guests, the hotel was overpriced for amenities and service offered. Guests felt Wi-Fi should have been included in the rate.
