Overview
Located about a 4-minute drive from Mont Tremblant Resort and a 10-minute drive from the nearest Trans-Canada Highway interchange, the Chateau Beauvallon Mont Tremblant is popular with vacation travellers who prefer extended-stay facilities in close proximity to Mont-Tremblant's surrounding ski resorts.
This non-smoking hotel has 70 air-conditioned suites, all of which offer one or two king bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchenette, a living room with a sofabed and a fireplace, a desk, and two full bathrooms. Three and four bedroom suites are also available and offer a full kitchen.
Hotel amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a fitness centre, a business centre, meeting/conference space and a free ski shuttle which runs every half hour to the village. Accessible rooms are available upon request, parking is free, and pets are not permitted.
On-site dining is offered McMaster's Bar (serving dinner daily) and the Chateau Beauvallon Dining Room, which serves breakfast and dinner daily. Coffee, muffins, juice and fruit are also offered free of charge in the lobby area each day. The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, staff, and location.
Many guests praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as clean, modern, quiet, nicely laid-out and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, and good quality linens. It should be noted however, that some guests reported small bathrooms and a weak Wi-Fi signal.
The hotel's staff were paid many compliments by reviewers. Staff were characterized as courteous, helpful and informative. One guest remarked the staff, "made us feel at home from the minute we arrived!", while another stated the staff, "may be the nicest I've ever encoutered in a hotel".
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it to be close to Scandinave Spa, the main village and golfing. One guest found it to be, "a short drive from everywhere". The hotel was also described as being in a tranquil setting.
