The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among the reviews.

A few reviewers commented on the lack of air conditioning in the seafront pavilion. These guests found the conditions hot in the summer. It should be noted that the rooms in the main hotel building do offer air conditioning.

A few lodgers complained about the hotel's bathrooms. Guests either found them to be small and cramped, felt they should have had a tub as well as a shower for the price of the room, (some rooms do have a tub), or felt the design of the shower, without a door, was inconvenient causing water to splash onto the bathroom floor.

Some returning guests did not like the new renovations done to the restaurants and the lobby. They felt the hotel had a warmer, more elegant and cozier ambiance prior to the changes.

A few guests were disappointed with the limited hours the restaurant was open.
