Sandman Hotel Montreal - Longueuil

Many guests really liked the location for being so near to the Metro station, from where they could travel anywhere in Montreal, without the stress of driving, or locating and paying for a parking spot. Also this location was close to downtown by Metro or car without the more expensive downtown hotel prices.

Guests typically enjoyed their rooms, the comfortable pillowtop beds and pretty city views.

Guests who were less enthusiastic about the hotel, usually complained along several themes.

Occasionally guests with oversize vehicles and buses has difficulty finding parking in the lot, especially when the hotel was full, or there were conventions on site. 

The hotel's restaurant had too few staff and slow service for dinner according to some guests, and occasionally a guest was disappointed that there was no room service offered.

A few guests mentioned that there were not many restaurants in the nearby vicinity that were open during the later evening hours.

Some other recent complaints were: no hair conditioner offered- only conditioning shampoo (which didn't condition well), no cartoon channels for kids, no in-room microwave or hair dryer, long wait at elevator, no free breakfast, noise from the street during rush hour, and the pool was too warm or too cold and too chlorinated.
