About the hotel: This very clean hotel offers a pleasant stay with good highway access, near to the junction of the Trans-Canada and Hwy 440. It's also a short walk to the Carrefour mall and area restaurants.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a 27" flat screen HDTV with on-demand option, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk with ergonomic chair, alarm clock radio with MP3, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathrobes, and climate control.

Downtown Montreal, which includes shopping, McGill University and the Bell Centre (sports arena/concert venue), is a 26-minute drive or 47 minutes via bus/Metro.

The Good
Many guests had good stays at this hotel. They found it very clean, modern and nicely renovated.
Rooms were brightly lit with comfortable beds and some had spacious suites with well-stocked kitchenettes, separate bedrooms and a furnished patio.
Many enjoyed dining on site. The restaurant was well used and appreciated for putting out good meals at reasonable prices. One guest was very happy and said, "The food at the restaurant was outstanding. Beautiful presentation of the food and quality for the money can't be beat."
Guests enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. The pool was described as very clean and the gym was described as ample and capable of satisfying most work outs.
The location offered easy highway access and guests said there were great restaurants and boutique shopping in walking distance. Many enjoyed going to the Carrefour mall. Public transit was used to access downtown Montreal and a Cirque du Soleil performance from the hotel, and guests said it provided close access to the airport (YUL).
With regard to value, guests were pleased with the free Wi-Fi, and free parking offered and one reviewer said it was "expensive but worth the price".
The Bad

more Recent room complaints found were: air conditioner blew cold air directly over the bed, room was either too cold or too humid, shower/tub was narrow, room was small, and lighting in bathroom too dim.
Guests often complained of noise disturbances. They cited guests in rooms overhead and next door, AC units, doors banging in the halls, the sounds of traffic from the highway and renovations.
Other comments found were: breakfast did not have an omelet station and could have offered more choice, bottled water was $7, limited room service menu, no free water for Hilton Honors member, comped due to Executive Lounge being closed but offered only the cheaper appetizers available, and staff were sometimes described as rude and dismissive.
