The hotel's location was a source of praised by many guests. It was found to be close to many restaurants and shops, a movie theatre, highway access and downtown Montreal, and was also described as easy to find.
Several lodgers were pleased with the accommodations at this hotel and described their rooms as clean and modern, with comfortable beds and linens, a strong Wi-Fi signal, and good quality toiletries. It should be mentioned however, that a few guests found the single Queen rooms to be on the small side.

Noise disruptions were reported by some reviewers. These guests mentioned hearing noise from guests in adjacent rooms, cleaning staff in the hallways in the early morning, traffic noise from outside and music from the lounge.
While most reviewers that commented on the price were satisfied with what they paid, others felt the opposite. The main complaint from these guests was that one must buy coffee for the in-room coffee machines, which these guests felt should have been included with the room. Some reviewers also felt the rates were high considering the hotel did not offer any recreation facilities or on-site dining.
