Overview

This hotel is located just under a 20-minute drive to downtown Trois Rivieres in the suburb of Becancour and is well suited for guests who seek accommodations slightly outside of the downtown core.

Each one of the 11 rooms at this hotel has free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a flat screen TV, a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Rooms are furnished with one queen or two double beds. Pets are allowed for a fee of $25 per stay.

Guests are offered a continental breakfast for an extra $10. There is an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site amenities include free parking and free bicycle rental.

Within walking distance to this hotel is the Becancour Arena, about a 1-minute walk away. St-Quentin Island and Beach is just under a 15-minute drive away. The Universite de Quebec a Trois Rivieres campus is just under a 20-minute drive away. Golfing is available just over a 20-minute drive away at Golf Club Metaberoutin. The Good

The vast majority of the reviews used for this analysis were positive and guests were most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and with the level of customer service.

Guests said that rooms were clean (some guests said "spotless"), comfortable and nicely decorated.

Staff were friendly and courteous and delivered personalized service. They went out of their way to make sure that guests felt at home during their stay.

Guests appreciated being within walking distance to the Becancour Arena (about a 1-minute walk) and felt that it was within a reasonable drive to Trois-Rivieres (under a 20-minute drive).

Several guests said that the beds were comfortable.

The Bad

The bulk of the reviews used for this analysis were favourable and guest criticisms were rare. There were a handful of complaints, but they were isolated and not reflective of general guest opinion.

A handful of guests had issues regulating the temperature in their rooms and found them to be hot and stuffy.

A couple of guests complained of noisy mini-fridges in their rooms.
