This property is situated within a commercial area that includes shopping and several restaurants. This hotel is well-suited for guests looking for basic amenities and located near the universities. Wilfrid Laurier University is a 3-minute drive away (or a 13-minute walk), while the University of Waterloo is 5 minutes away by car.
