This hotel is located just off Hwy 427 and a 4-minute drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Downtown Toronto is a 26- to 50-minute drive and 30 minutes by UP Express.
The hotel has 290 smoke-free rooms over 15 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include Wi-Fi ($9.99/day), a 48” flat screen HDTV with cable and pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk, a laptop-size safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control.
Some rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a separate bedroom, a dining table, a living room, and airport views. Accessible rooms are available.
Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds or 1 king bed.
Self-parking costs $22 and valet parking costs $30, per day.
Extended parking is available for 8 or 15 days with packages booked directly with the hotel, or guests can reserve for 7 days at $75.

Rooms were recently renovated. Guests found them clean, quiet, spacious, and modern with comfortable beds.
The location was convenient to the airport, major highways and a selection of restaurants in walking distance. The Keg is a 1-minute walk and Airport Gate Café & Grill is a 2-minute walk.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, going above and beyond at times.
Guests often enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a good variety.
Guests liked the airport shuttle, friendly and kind drivers and found it easy to use.
Guests also liked: a nice pool, and views of airplanes taking off and landing.

Noise was mentioned on occasion. Guests blamed the ice machine, the elevator, a loud AC unit, guests in hallways, guests in neighbouring rooms, and slamming doors.
Guests were often displeased that the hotel charged for Wi-Fi (although it was free to SPG members).
Other comments found were: picture in room is way too large, hallways and lobby was freezing cold, cold air from the front door of lobby chilled customers at breakfast, and hallways were dark.
