Located about a 2-minute drive from the nearest Gardiner Expressway on-ramp and a 3-minute drive from Toronto's city centre, the Novotel Toronto Centre is geared towards vacation or business travellers who require a pet friendly and centrally located hotel with easy highway access, on-site dining and meeting/banquet space.

The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who described it as central and close to restaurants, shopping, public transit, the Air Canada Centre, the CN Tower, the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market and Ripley's Aquarium. One patron noted, "Definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Toronto and also looking for a perfection location just outside the city centre with lots of things to do around the corner".
