Located about a 4-minute walk from Bloor Subway Station and a 4-minute drive from Toronto's city centre, Comfort Hotel Downtown Toronto is geared towards travellers who require a centrally located hotel with free Wi-Fi and easy access to public transit.

The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.
The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it close to public transit, restaurants, shopping, Toronto Reference Library, Varsity Movie Theatre, the Eaton Centre, the Royal Ontario Museum and Panasonic Theatre. One patron noted, "The hotel location is close to the Yonge/Bloor TTC station (also the luxury shopping district) which is a cross station so you can get pretty much anywhere on the ttc line from there, alternatively you could walk to eaton centre (DT core) fairly easy, about 15-20 mins along the way there were lots of places to eat".
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as accommodating, friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions.
