Overview
This property is situated less than a 1-minute drive from the nearest Highway 404 interchange and is about a 3-minute drive north of Highway 401. This is a Seneca College residence that is used for the general public's accommodations from May through August. Specializing in accommodations for large groups, this property may be well-suited for corporate gatherings and sports teams.

All rooms are two-bedroom suites with a double bed, desk, dresser and TV in each bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining table and chairs, a 3-piece bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and free local calls.

Parking is available on site for an additional fee of $5 per day. Pets are not permitted.

A free basic continental breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10 am. There is also an on-site Subway restaurant.

Other on-site amenities include a games room, movie theatre, business centre, meeting and conference space (including catering services), a convenience store, laundry facilities and a common kitchen.

Guests can access the bus in 4-minute walk from the Seneca College and then the subway in 12 minutes by bus. This subway line provides access to downtown attractions including the Eaton Centre, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Air Canada Centre, the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. Travelling downtown from the Seneca College via public transit will take about an hour. Guests with cars will reach downtown in about 25 minutes.

The Fairview Mall (retail shopping, restaurants and entertainment) is a 4-minute drive away, while the Ontario Science Centre is 9 minutes away by car. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is a 30-minute drive away. (All public transit and driving time estimates: Google Maps)
