This all-suite hotel offers modern and spacious suites in a prime downtown location, next to the subway, and in walking distance of much of downtown.
more The hotel offers 330 smoke-free rooms with elevator access in 2 buildings, a 51-storey tower and a historic bank building.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a 47" flat screen smart HDTV with cable channels, a coffeemaker, a kitchenette (stove top, mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), en suite laundry (upon request at check in, if not already in the room), a desk, a laptop-size safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control.
Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds or 1 king bed.
Some rooms include a separate bedroom, a sunken living room, a dining table or eat-in kitchen, a 2-person hot tub, windows that open, a balcony and views of the 12-storey atrium, city or Lake Ontario.
Valet parking is $45 for overnight until 11 am check-out, with in-out privileges and a clearance of 6'.

The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stays at this modern hotel and considered it amazing value.
Everyone loved the location. It was very central, with indoor access to the subway right next door, the street car right outside, as well as attractions, shopping and great restaurants in walking distance. Some guests liked having direct access to the PATH and some found it very convenient for public transit to the airport, with the subway right next door.
Guests were impressed with the very clean and quiet suites with high ceilings. Although a few said their rooms were small, guests were very pleased with the modern decor, the kitchenettes, laundry facilities, great beds and views from the tower building.
Guests often really liked the staff. Guests typically found them pleasant, professional, welcoming, courteous and accommodating.
Guests who spoke of dining or breakfast on site, enjoyed it.
The Bad
There were some complaints found online.
Some guests said the valet parking was disorganized without much room to park the vehicle. Some complained of long waits, unfriendly valet staff, and were upset about the extra and expensive charge.
Occasionally guests complained of slow responses from the desk staff when they needed help with issues.
