Located about a 2-minute walk from North York Subway Station and a 3-minute drive from the nearest Highway 401 on-ramp, Novotel Toronto North York is geared towards travellers who prefer a pet-friendly hotel with on-site dining, an indoor pool and easy access to the highway and public transit.

Up to 2 children under the age of 16 stay free and the hotel offers a balanced children's menu at the restaurant and safe play areas. Families are also allowed to check out up to 5 pm on Sundays.
Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and wired Internet, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a cooler, an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.
Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location, describing it as safe and close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, highway access, Lastman Square, a movie theatre and a liquor store. One patron noted, "The hotel is central to many amenities and allows travel around the city by subway without having to take a vehicle and trying to find a place to park".
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as helpful, accommodating, friendly and efficient. One guest remarked, "In my opinion it is always the people you deal with who make the difference, and your staff were not only delightful to speak with but very helpful, polite and professional".
