Location was prime. It was an easy walk from Union Station and some recommended not driving in at all but taking the UP Express from the airport. Others liked its proximity to shops, restaurants, offices, public transit and attractions in the downtown. The PATH was accessible nearby for walking, dining and shopping underground.
Staff were helpful to guests with early check-ins and storing luggage and many found them friendly and eager to please.
