The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with compliments going to the location and rooms.
The location was praised by many guests, who described it as central and close to downtown Toronto, public transit, restaurants, Toronto Island Airport, the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and the marina. One patron noted, "Central and close to major business and centres and major attractions. All done without a car, just public transportation".
Several reviewers were pleased with their accommodations. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, spacious, functional and well equipped, with great views of Lake Ontario. A few travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
