This hotel is situated in downtown Toronto, next to Ryerson University and within a 10-minute walk of the Toronto Eaton Centre, Yonge & Dundas Square and the Ed Mirvish Theatre. This property is well located for guests looking to explore the area on foot or by public transit. The nearest streetcar stop is a 4-minute walk away, while the nearest subway station is a 9-minute walk away.

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a desk and individual climate control. Select rooms also include a sofabed and wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

This hotel does not have on-site parking, but there is an off-site facility about 3 minutes away on foot that charges $20 per day. Pets under 10 lbs are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $25 per night.

A free breakfast is served from 6 am to 9 am on weekdays and from 7 am to 10 am on weekends. This hotel does not have a restaurant.
