Canada Suites Yorkville

These apartment-style accommodations are smoke free and all units include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a balcony, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher), flat screen TV, an iPod dock, laundry machines, a fireplace and individual climate control. One-bedroom and two-bedroom/two bathroom suites are available. While the building and all suites are wheelchair accessible, there are no suites with bathrooms equipped with wheelchair-accessible features.

Suites are stocked with linens, towels, bathrobes, dishes, cookware, silverware, glasses and numerous kitchen utensils. A limited supply of the following are also provided: soap, shampoo, hand lotion, toothpaste, tooth brushes, shower caps, bathroom tissue, black and green tea, hot chocolate, sugar, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

Underground parking is available on site for an additional fee of $28 per night. Pets are permitted in select rooms, based on prior approval, and a $300 refundable deposit is required.

Other on-site amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness centre. 

Yonge and Dundas Square, the Ed Mirvish Theatre, The Art Gallery of Ontario and Massey Hall are all about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. Ryerson University is a 5- to 10-minute walk away.

The Royal Ontario Museum is about 17 minutes away on foot, or 10 minutes by public transit. The Rogers Centre and the Air Canada Centre are a 5- to 10-minute drive from the building. 

Streetcars and buses can be caught less than a block away. College Station, which offers access to the subway, is a 5-minute walk away.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is a 30- to 40-minute drive away, while the Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is 25 to 50 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. (All walking and driving time estimates: Google Maps)
