Located about a 2-minute drive from Toronto's city centre and a 5-minute walk from College St. Metro Station, the Canada Suites on Bay are suitable for business or vacation travellers looking for short- or long-term condo-style accommodations with extended kitchen amenities and easy access to public transit in the downtown area.

The location was praised by numerous reviewers. They described it as central and close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, the Toronto Eaton Centre, museums, Princess Margaret Hospital, Sick Kids Hospital and the Art Gallery of Ontario. It was mentioned by a few guests, however, that finding the right building was difficult due to a lack of signage.
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and great city views.
Several guests were pleased with the hotel's rates. They described them as cost effective, reasonable and incredible and also cited the in-suite kitchens as contributing to the hotel's overall value by cutting down on dining out costs.
The Bad
