This hotel is situated on a major thoroughfare in the east end of Timmins. This property is located within a 3-minute walk of a grocery store, a few restaurants and the Timmins Symphony Orchestra. This hotel is well suited for guests who may want to access dining and shopping on foot.

Reviews for this hotel were mixed, among the guest reviews used for this analysis. However, many guests agreed that this hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants. A few reviewers specifically noted that a Casey's Restaurant was located next door.
