Mountain Springs Resort and Conference Centre is situated 2 minutes' walking time from Blue Mountain's village centre, and is popular with travellers requiring extended-stay amenities and those who want quick access to the mountain without staying right in the village.
This hotel has 144 non-smoking suites, all of which offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, a jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a hair dryer. Parking is free, pets are allowed, and the hotel is not accessible.
Additional hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, a spa tub, meeting and banquet facilities, barbecue grills, ski storage, a free shuttle around Blue Mountain Resort, fitness and spa facilities, and a games room.
Dining is available close by at Oliver and Bonacini's (roughly 8 minutes' walking time), C & A Steak Company and Jozo's (both a 3-minute drive northwest of the hotel).

The Good
Reviews used for this analysis showed mixed opinions of the Mountain Springs Resort, however some common compliments included the hotel's staff and location.
Many guests had positive things to say about the hotel's staff, and described them as friend, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. One reviewer mentioned they had difficulty starting their fireplace, but that it was quickly remedied by staff shorty after calling them.
The location was praised by some, who stated it was peaceful and quiet, and far enough away from the main scene of the village, but close to skiing, biking and hiking. The free shuttle into the village was also mentioned by some as being very convenient.

more Several guests were disappointed by the level of cleanliness within the hotel. They reported their units needed vacuuming and general overall cleaning, that there were dirty dishes in their kitchens, and that the washroom by the pool was very dirty. Some lodgers were very pleased however, with the level of cleanliness in their units.
The condition of the rooms' amenities was criticized by some reviewers. They described old appliances, broken tiling, loud and old air conditioning units, and uncomfortable beds. However some guests of the hotel were pleased with the condition of their appliances and fixtures.
