Overview
This hotel has a large indoor pool and hot tub area as well as kitchenette rooms and may appeal to families visiting the area.

All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Rooms are furnished with king, queen or double beds. Some rooms offer drive-up access and smoking and non-smoking options are available. Pets are permitted free of charge. 

There is no on site restaurant, but there are a selection of restaurants located within a 10-minute walk of this hotel. On-site amenities include free parking, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a games room.

Located about a 5-minute drive from downtown New Liskeard, this hotel is located right off Highway 11, and offers easy access to roadside travellers. Petes Dam Park (hiking trails, picnicking) is just over a 10-minute drive away. The Good
The majority of reviews used for this analysis were favourable and guests were happy with the layout and cleanliness of the rooms.

Guests said that rooms were surprisingly large. Words like roomy, spacious and large surfaced often. Guests also said that rooms were clean, comfortable and well-laid out. Bathrooms were large as well.

Several guests enjoyed the pool and said that it was well-maintained, clean and a comfortable temperature. Change rooms were described as spotless. 

There were a number of comments from guests about comfortable beds. 

A few guests liked having drive-up access to their rooms.

The Bad
While a number of reviews used for this analysis were positive, guests did have a few common complaints. Many guests were critical about the dated appearance of the hotel.

This hotel was aging and widespread updates were suggested throughout rooms and common areas. There were comments about worn and dirty carpets. Some guests said their carpets had unpleasant odours, furniture was damaged, room decor was dated (art and wallpaper) and bathroom fixtures were singled out as needing particular attention. Some guests felt that the TV's were small and dated as well.

A few guests complained of noise disturbance from other guests in adjacent rooms and in the hallways as well as from traffic from Highway 11.
